Ricky Beniulis is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with roughly 15 years of experience across heavy construction, restoration, and facility operations. He currently works in property operations for a large master-planned community, coordinating directly with its municipal utility district on recurring maintenance and project items.
That background informs how Elevare approaches scope, scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, documentation, safety, and closeout.
